After living on the Isle of Wight for over ten years Ben has finally produced his first landscape calendar which will be launched in August at Beaux Arts in Bembridge. More details to follow.

Ben has spent the last couple of weeks in Cowes photographing the classic yachts at the Westward Cup and the BCYC. He was lucky enough to spend a day on Mariquita which was a wonderful experience.

Island Images in Style of Wight magazine
Photographer Ben Wood of Island Images has been commissioned by Christian Warren, editor of Style of Wight to contribute to the new magazine. The next issue due out in March includes a picture story shot by Ben of artist David Firmstone at his studio in St.Lawrence. Ben’s work is also featured in a double page spread called Photographer’s Showcase.
Island Images announces Light and Land tour to the Isle of Wight for November 2010
Photographer Ben Wood has known Charlie Waite of Light and Land for many years through their involvement with Trowbridge Gallery. Charlie very kindly asked Ben to organize and lead a Light and Land photographic tour on the Isle of Wight. Ben is delighted to announce that the tour will go ahead in early November 2010.
